Konus Woodland 8x42 binoculars are universal binoculars that successfully cope with the main types of observations. It presents a series of Woodland binoculars, in which the manufacturer has incorporated many features characteristic of binoculars of a higher price segment, offering them at an affordable price.
This 8x model has a higher light intensity and a larger field of view compared to its older brother, which has a 10x magnification. Thus, these binoculars are more suitable for panoramic observations in conditions of insufficient lighting. Ergonomics have also improved thanks to the retractable eyecups, which have 4 different positions to choose from depending on the viewing conditions. Also, this series of binoculars has a connector for installing an L-adapter and subsequent mounting on a tripod.
The Konus Woodland 8x42 comes with a case with a strap, protective separate lens caps and pair of eyepiece caps, a neck strap and an optics wipe.

This 8x model has a higher light intensity and a larger field of view compared to its older brother, which has a 10x magnification. Thus, these binoculars are more suitable for panoramic observations in conditions of insufficient lighting.
Thanks to the multi-layer illumination of the optical surfaces and the use of BaK-4 glass in the prisms, the image in the binoculars is bright and contrasty. The design of the Roof, on which the binoculars are made, made it possible to reduce the size and weight without harming its optical properties.
The base of the binoculars is a metal body, covered with a rubberized textured material on top, which performs a protective function and improves the grip of the binoculars. The focus and diopter control drums have the same knurling for easier adjustment.
